After creating a campaign, the next step is to upload the attendee list. We will upload your attendee contact list before initiating the sending of calendar invites.
 

3 Ways to Access the Upload Attendee Page

  1. From Campaign List Page (Direct Upload)
    Go to Campaigns → Campaign List → Click on the “Upload Attendees” button in front of the desired campaign.



  1. From the Send Invite Page
    Go to Campaigns → Campaign List → Click the “Send Invite” (Paper Plane Icon) → Manage Contacts → Upload Contacts.



  1. From Campaigns Menu
    Go to Campaigns → Upload Attendees.


Steps to Upload Contacts

  1. Download the Sample Excel File
    On the Upload Attendee page, click Download Sample Excel to get the template file.



  1. Edit the Sample File
    Open the downloaded file and fill in your attendee details.

     Note:

    • The Email ID column is mandatory.

    • Other columns (First Name, Last Name, Login URL, Username, Password) are optional, and the Username and Password columns can be used for other information

    • If you don’t have data for other columns, simply leave them blank and do not delete the columns and the headers.

  2. Save the File in CSV Format
    Save the updated file as .CSV (CSV UTF-8 Comma Delimited) from your spreadsheet software and other format as .xlxs……


  1. Upload the File
    Go back to the Upload Attendee page.
    Click “Browse” and select your saved CSV file from your computer.

  2. Submit Your File
    Click the Submit button to start uploading your contacts.
    A pop-up will appear showing the message:
     “Data import is under process. You will receive an email once it is completed.”


Review Uploaded Contacts

Once the upload process is completed, you can go to the Send Invite page to review your uploaded contact list.

Possible Failures of not receiving the confirmation email
- Junk data
- Column headers are deleted
- The Email Column does not have an email ID
- If any column has huge data
