The Cancel Event option let’s you cancel an event and remove it from your contacts calendar. 

How to Use the Cancel Event Feature

  1. Go to the Campaign’s Send Invite Page

    • Open the campaign for which the event needs to be cancelled.

    • Navigate to the Send Invite page.



  1. Click on the Cancel Event Button

    • Locate and click the Cancel Event button.



  1. Confirm Cancellation

    • A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation.

    • Click the Cancel Event button to proceed.

  2. Notification Email Sent to Attendees

    • An event cancellation email will be sent to all contacts who previously received the invite.

    • The event entry will be automatically removed from their calendars.

Important Notes

  • The cancellation works only if the calendar invite was originally sent via Let’s Calendar.

  • The cancel event will work only if you have not made changes to “Sender email” field

Once cancelled, the action cannot be undone. You’ll need to create a new campaign if you plan to reschedule.
