The Delete Campaign option allows you to permanently remove a campaign and its associated data like contacts from Let's Calendar.
How to Delete a Campaign
Go to the Campaign List Page
From left navigation, Click on Campaigns -> Campaign listing
Click on the Red Delete Button
On the far-right side of the campaign row, click the red delete button (last option).
Campaign Deleted
This action will delete your campaign and also remove the attendee data you uploaded for it.
Important Notes
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All contacts and associated data is permanently deleted
Any sent invites remain as it is with the contacts, the calendar invites themselves are not deleted. To cancel the invites of an active campaign, please cancel the invites first and then delete the campaign.

1. Does deleting a campaign remove the event entry from attendees’ calendars?
No. Deleting a campaign does not remove the calendar entry from your attendees’ calendars.
We recommend not deleting an active campaign where invites have already been sent. If you need to remove an event from attendees’ calendars, use the Cancel Event feature instead.
2. Can I recover a deleted campaign?
No. Once deleted, the campaign and its attendee data are permanently removed.
3. Is deleting campaigns good practice?
Yes, but only when the campaign is unused or the event has already ended. Avoid deleting active campaigns, as it may appear unprofessional to attendees.
Tip: Use the Delete Campaign feature only for test runs, unused campaigns, or past events. For active events, always use Cancel Event to properly inform attendees.
