Now that you have added your Zoom API details to Let's Calendar, the next step is to enable your campaigns to pull data from your Zoom Webinar or Meetings.


Step 1 - 

From "Campaigns List" click on "Edit" button on the campaign you want to automate with your Zoom webinar (or meeting)


Step 2 - 

Locate the Zoom Integration options, and click on the checkbox to enable it


Step 3 - 

Select the type of Zoom Persona, Meeting or Webinar that you want to link to this campaign. 



Step 4 - 


Once selected, locate and add the Zoom Meeting or Webinar ID in the text box provided. 


(Hint: Zoom Meeting or Webinar ID is a 11 digit unique id, generated for each of your meetings/webinars. You can locate the same by going to your Zoom Account -> Meetings or Webinars Tab)


Step 5 - 

Click Submit at the end of the Edit Campaign page


That's it, your Let's Calendar Campaign is now integrated with your Zoom Webinar / Meeting. 


Now it will automatically every 4 hours, pull all new registrations and store the following -  


Name, Email ID and Zoom Webinar/Meeting Login URL to the respective Let's Calendar Campaign and send the calendar invite to them automatically.
