We understand a lot can happen in 4 hrs, and hence you may need an option to be able to fetch any and all new registrations in your Zoom meeting or webinar and send them a calendar invite immediately, and in this scenario you cannot wait for 4 hours. So we have a manual process as well that helps you do the same.
Read on -
Step 1 - In Let's Calendar, Goto Campaigns -> Send Invite
Step 2 - From the Campaigns Drop Down, select the campaign you wish to manually fetch new registrations from and send the calendar invites to.
Step 3 - Now in the list of actions, click "Zoom Manual Fetch" button to pull a list of all new registrations that are not yet imported to your Let's Calendar Campaign
Step 4 - All new registrations will now be pulled and added to your campaigns
Step 5 - Click "Send Calendar Invite" to now send out the calendar invite to these new registrations
