Now that you have successfully created your Source Workflow and set it up to transfer new registration data from your source app to Pabbly, you need to create the next workflow via which this new data fetched by Pabbly is transferred to Let's Calendar.


Step 1 - Search for Let's Calendar - User App (Note: The app should have been added by you by clicking on the invite link


Step 2 - Click on Action Event and select "Add Attendees"



Click on "Connect"


Step 3 - Select "Add New Connection" and then enter your Let's Calendar Login Email Id & Password in the area provided. 





Click on Save to proceed
Note: You will not receive any errors if you enter incorrect credentials, hence please reconfirm the credentials at this step. 


Step 4 - Now Map the fields to respective entries as displayed


Campaign ID - This will automatically fetch your "Active" campaigns from Let's Calendar and display them here as a drop down, please select the campaign to which you want the data to transfer to. 


Email Id - This is bare minimum requirement, without email id your workflow will not work


Click on remaining fields and then map them to the respective names displayed.





Click on "Save & Send Test Request" to proceed


Step 5 - Confirm Data Transfer


Upon successful transfer, you will see "Attendees saved successfully" message 


Click on "Save"



That's it, your workflow automation using Pabbly Connect is now completed. Any new data entered in the Google Sheet or your as detected by your Source App will now be automatically transferred to your Let's Calendar Campaign automatically and a calendar invite will be triggered/sent to them within 1 hour.
