Subscription Cancellation Process for Let's Calendar


We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription with Let's Calendar. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please follow the steps below for initiating your subscription cancellation:


Step 1: Login to Your Let's Calendar Account

Using your admin login ID and password, log in to your Let's Calendar account. Please note that sub-users cannot initiate the account cancellation request.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings - Account Cancellation

Once logged in, navigate to the "Settings" section in your Let's Calendar account. Under the settings options, you will find the "Cancel Subscription" option.


Step 3: Review Subscription Details

In the "Account Cancellation" section, you will find information about your current plan and the subscription date. Review these details to ensure accuracy.


Step 4: Enter Reason for Cancellation

To help us understand your decision better, please provide a brief reason for canceling your subscription. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continually strive to improve our services.


Step 5: Click on "Cancel Subscription" Button

After entering the reason for cancellation, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button to initiate the cancellation process.


Important Notes:


1. Effective Date of Cancellation:

While you can initiate the cancellation at any point during your subscription cycle, the cancellation will take effect from the last date of the current billing cycle. This means you will have access to Let's Calendar services until the last day of your current billing cycle.


2. Service Availability During Cancellation Period:

During the cancellation period, you can continue to use Let's Calendar services without any interruptions until the last day of your current billing cycle.


3. Overage Charges and Pending Dues:

If there are any overage charges applicable for exceeding your allotted credits, they will be charged upon initiating the cancellation request. Additionally, any pending dues including credits, if applicable, will be charged on the last day of your subscription.


4. Data Deletion Responsibility:

Please ensure that you delete all data you have uploaded to Let's Calendar on your own before the effective cancellation date. 


5. Credits:

Please be aware that any unutilized credits will be lost if the account is canceled and not renewed on or before the last date of the subscription cycle.
