Introduction:

Let's Calendar understands that managing event campaigns and schedules can be a team effort. To facilitate collaboration and streamline the process, Let's Calendar offers the ability to add sub-users to your account. Sub-users have similar rights and privileges as the admin, except for account subscription-related actions. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to set up a sub-user and explain important notes to consider when adding sub-users to your Let's Calendar account.

Step 1: Login to Your Let's Calendar Account

To add a sub-user, log in to your Let's Calendar account using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings - Add Sub User Option

After logging in, navigate to the "Settings" section in your Let's Calendar account. Under the settings options, you will find the "Add Sub User" tab.

Step 3: Enter Required Details

In the "Add Sub User" section, enter the required details as displayed on the screen. Please note that the email ID is mandatory to create a sub-user account.

Step 4: Click on "+Add User" Button

Once you have entered the required details, click on the "+Add User" button to create the sub-user account.

Step 5: Sub-User Email Notification

Upon successful addition of the sub-user, an auto-generated email will be sent to their email address. This email will contain a link for the sub-user to log in and set their password for their Let's Calendar account.

Important Notes about Adding Sub-Users:

1. Sub-User Privileges:

A sub-user will have all rights and privileges similar to the admin, except for the ability to upgrade/downgrade the account or perform any account subscription-related actions such as canceling the subscription.

2. Unique Email ID:

Before adding a sub-user, ensure that the intended sub-user does not already have a Let's Calendar account associated with their email ID, either as a primary/admin or as a sub-user in any other Let's Calendar ecosystem. Each email ID can only be linked to one Let's Calendar account.

3. Access to Campaigns and Data:

Once added as a sub-user, they will have access to all campaigns, integrations, reports, and campaign user data uploaded into the user's Let's Calendar account. Please grant access to sub-users carefully to protect sensitive information.

Conclusion:

Adding sub-users to your Let's Calendar account is an excellent way to foster collaboration and improve team efficiency in managing event campaigns. With similar rights as the admin, except for specific account-related actions, sub-users can actively contribute to the success of your event planning and scheduling efforts.
