Let’s Calendar allows you to automate the process of sending bulk, personalized calendar invites to your event attendees — whether it's for a webinar, expo, conference, or any kind of professional event. With Zapier, you can connect Let’s Calendar to your favorite tools and trigger calendar invites automatically.

This guide is for users who signed up for Let’s Calendar using Google Workspace or Microsoft O365 and want to log in to Let’s Calendar on Zapier.

Step 1: Get Your Let’s Calendar Password

If you signed up on Let's Calendar using Google or O365, you may not have a password set by default. Here are two easy methods to retrieve or set your password:

Method 1: Retrieve One-Time Password from Profile

  1. Go to your Let’s Calendar dashboard.

  2. Click on Profile → Account.

  3. Scroll to the Retrieve Current Password section.

  4. Click “Show Password” to get your one-time login password.

This password can be used to log into Zapier.

Method 2: Reset Your Password

  1. Visit the login page: Let’s Calendar Login

  2. Click on “Forgot Password”.

  3. Enter your email ID (the same one used for Google or O365 signup).

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link.

Follow the link and set your new password.

Step 2: Connect Let’s Calendar to Zapier

  1. Go to your Zapier dashboard.

  2. Click on “Create Zap”.

Set up your Trigger (e.g., new form submission, new registration in a Google Sheet, etc.).

Step 3: Set Up Your Action in Let’s Calendar

  1. In the Action step, search for and select Let’s Calendar.

  2. Choose the Action Event:
     ➤ Add Registration to Campaign

  3. In the Account section, click on the Change button, then click “Connect a new account”.

  4. Log in using your Let’s Calendar email and password (retrieved or set in Step 1).

You are now successfully connected to your Let’s Calendar account on the Zapier platform.

  1. Next, choose your Campaign and assign the required fields:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email ID

    • Login URL

    • Username

    • Password

  2. After assigning values to all fields, click on the “Continue” button.

  3. Send a test request to ensure everything is working as expected.

  4. Finally, click “Publish” to activate your Zap!

You’re All Set!

Your Zap is now live, and Let’s Calendar will automatically send personalized calendar invites every time the trigger runs.
