Send Invite in Batches
The "Send Invite in Batches" feature allows you to manage and control the number of calendar invites sent per batch, with time intervals between each batch. This is particularly useful for managing email service limits and ensuring reliable delivery.
When to Use This
After you’ve created your campaign and uploaded your attendee list, follow these steps to send calendar invites in controlled batches.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Campaign List
Navigate to: Campaign → Campaign List
Select Your Campaign
Click the Send Invite button next to your campaign title.
Open the Invite Sender
Click the Send Calendar Invite button.
Choose Batch Sending
Click on Send Invite in Batches.
Set Invites per Batch
In the field "Invites per Batch", enter the number of invites to send per batch.
(Example: 10, 20, 50, 100)Set Time Gap Between Batches
In the field "Time Gap Between Batches (in minutes)", enter the desired gap between batches.
(Example: 60, 180, 360, 720)Start the Batch Process
Click on Start Batch Sending to begin sending.
What Happens Next?
The first batch of invites is sent immediately upon clicking the Start Batch Sending button.
You will receive a confirmation email once all batches have been processed.
Notifications & Alerts
If any invites fail, you’ll receive a notification email on your registered email address after all batches are processed.
If your email service token expires, you’ll get an immediate alert on your registered email. Follow the instructions in the email to renew the token and then restart the batch sending process from Step 2.
