The "Remove Unsubscribe" feature in Let's Calendar is designed to help you manage contacts who have opted out of your campaigns or your organization after receiving a calendar invite.

This ensures your future campaigns are clean, targeted, and compliant with your audience’s preferences.

When is a Contact Marked as Unsubscribed?

Once a calendar invite is sent out and the contact's status becomes "Sent", if the recipient chooses to unsubscribe from your campaign or organization, their status will automatically update to "Unsubscribed".

You can view this updated status on the Send Invite page of your campaign and under the Unsubscribe List in the Campaign section.

Prerequisite

Before using the "Remove Unsubscribe" feature:

  • You must have already sent the calendar invite to all contacts.

  • Contact status must be updated to "Sent".

Steps to Remove Unsubscribed Contacts

  1. Go to your campaign's "Send Invite" page.

  2. If any contact has unsubscribed, their status will be shown as "Unsubscribed".

  3. If unsubscribed contacts exist, you'll see a "Remove Unsubscribe" button at the top of the list.

  1. Click "Remove Unsubscribe" — this will redirect you to the Remove Unsubscribe page.

  2. You can select individual contacts or click "Select All".

  3. Click the "Delete Selected" button to permanently remove them from the campaign list.

Result

Once removed, these contacts will no longer be part of the active campaign and won't receive further communication through this campaign.

Note: Removing unsubscribed contacts helps maintain a healthy and respectful sender reputation while improving deliverability and engagement in future campaigns.
