Why Use Schedule Send?

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • Created your campaign

  • Uploaded your attendee/contact list

Only then will you be able to schedule the invite.


Steps to Schedule a Send Invite

  1. Go to your campaign's “Send Invite” page.

  2. Look for the "Schedule Send Invite" button – marked with a ? clock icon.



  1. Click the button and select your desired schedule date and time.



  1. Once selected, click "Schedule Send".

That’s it! Your calendar invites will be automatically sent at the scheduled time.


Can I cancel and edit the Schedule?

Yes, you can cancel and edit the schedule. You can manage or cancel it from your campaign’s send invite page.
