The Pause Campaign feature will trigger automatically in certain scenarios, such as:
When your email service encounters the daily/monthly email sending quota limit is reached.
When the system receives an error indicating a delivery issue.
In these cases, Let’s Calendar pauses the campaign automatically and displays a message like:
Quota Limit Reached: Quota limits are active. 24 hours remaining until automatic reset
This also overrides the Automation feature until the quota resets.
In addition to automatic triggers, users can also manually pause a campaign anytime by using the Pause toggle on the Send Invite page.
How to Resume Sending Invites
If a campaign is paused (manually or automatically), you can turn it back ON:
Go to the Send Invite page.
Toggle the Pause Campaign button OFF.
Once OFF:
All sending actions will be re-enabled.
You can:
Send Test Invite
Send Invite
Update Calendar Invite
Schedule Send Invite
Cancel Event
Important Notes
After resuming, users must manually initiate sending invites.
If you enable the Automation toggle, invites will be sent automatically every 1 hour to contacts with “New” status.
Contacts imported via Zapier, Pabbly, or Zoom will automatically resume sending, or you can manually trigger sending by clicking Send Calendar Invite.
How to Pause a Campaign Manually
