The Cancel Scheduled Batches feature allows you to stop any pending or processing batches when you have initiated send, update, or cancel invites using the Send in Batches option. 

Once cancelled, all remaining contacts in those batches will remain unsent.

Steps to Cancel Scheduled Batches

  1. Go to Campaign List -  Click on Send Invite Page for the campaign
     

  2. Click on Manage Invites


  3. Click on View Batch Invite


  4. Click on Cancel Scheduled Batches


What Happens After Cancellation?

  • All remaining batches will stop processing.

  • The contacts that were part of the unsent batches will remain in NEW status.

  • Already sent invites will not be affected.
