In Let’s Calendar, the Acceptance Report helps you track attendees’ responses to your campaign invitations. The process for viewing or downloading this report varies depending on the mailing service you use — Google WorkspaceOutlook/M365, or a third-party mailing service.


1. Google Workspace Mailing Service

If your campaign uses Google Workspace as the mailing service, follow these steps to check and download the acceptance report:

  1. Go to Manage Invites and click on Acceptance Report.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating that the report generation has started.

  3. Navigate to the Settings menu and click on Download Request.

  4. Select the first download file. The report will be downloaded to your system in .xlsx format.

You will also receive an email notification with a download link for the report.


2. Outlook / M365 Mailing Service

If your campaign uses Outlook or Microsoft 365 as the mailing service, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Manage Invites and click on Acceptance Report.

  2. You will be redirected to a page displaying the acceptance status of each attendee.

  3. To download the report, click on Export RSVP in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Third-Party Mailing Service

If your campaign uses a third-party mailing service, acceptance responses are sent directly to the reply-to email address you configured on that platform.

Simply check the inbox of your reply-to email ID to view attendee responses.
