Keeping your contact list clean is essential for accurate campaign delivery and efficient contact management. Let's Calendar makes it easy to identify and remove duplicate contacts within seconds. Follow the simple steps below:


1. Go to Send Invite Page

Navigate to the Manage Contacts section in your Send Invite Page of the Campaign.

Click on Manage Duplicates.


2. View and Remove Duplicate Contacts

After clicking, you will be redirected to the Duplicate Contacts page.

Here you can view all detected duplicate entries along with quick-action options:

  • Delete Selected – Manually select specific contacts to remove.

  • Delete Oldest – Automatically remove the oldest duplicate entries.

  • Delete Recent – Automatically remove the most recently added duplicate entries.

Choose the option that best suits your cleanup requirement.


Important Note

Make sure all your contacts have the New Attendee status before performing any deletion. If any of your contacts show a Sent status and they appear on the duplicate contacts list, choose the delete option carefully to avoid removing contacts that already received an invite.
