Follow the steps below to create and upload multiple campaigns in one go using an Excel/CSV file:
Log in to your Let’s Calendar account.
Go to Campaigns and click on Upload Campaigns.
Click on Sample Sheet.
The sample Excel sheet will open in a new tab.Use the sample sheet as a reference and create a new Excel file on your computer.
Make sure you include all main columns from A to M exactly as shown in the sample.Enter the campaign/event details in all required fields (columns A to M) as per the sample sheet instructions.
Ensure the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time format is:
yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ssThe senderEmailId must match one of the sender email IDs(ID is available in digits) added under Settings → Sender Email.
Once all campaign details are added, save the file in .csv format.
Go back to the Upload Campaign page and upload the saved CSV file.
Click on the Submit button.
Your multiple campaigns will be uploaded successfully in a single action.
